Delano, California

Delano is a city in northern Kern County. Delano is the second largest city in Kern County next to Bakersfield since its population was calculated to have been 51,428 at the 2020 census. Delano has a large Hispanic population and the largest Filipino population in Kern County. Delano is the hometown of United Farm Workers (UFW) founder Cesar Chavez.
